At 45 minutes from Nice, we benefit from a warm and pleasant Mediterranean climate. Since we moved here in 2003, we have renovated the panoramic wooden room that used to be the restaurant, we have made it a living space to eat and meet with guests, trainees and visitors.

According to Ayurveda, each massage should be followed up with heat in order to help the oil penetrate into the deep tissues. Steam is soft because it contains water, and head & neck must be out of the steam box, because they should not be heated.
Lavender steam or other herbs from our valley will help you perspire. The session ends when the person is sweating on the forehead. This is a very pleasant moment indeed.
