Properties : This mix, called tea Massala, increases the dosha Pitta, and the digestive system. It also pacifies the dosha Vata, eliminates gaz. It decreases the dosha Kapha et eliminates toxins. It helps the assimilation of all dairy products.

Instruction for use : Infuse 1/2 tea spoonin a cup of water or milk, mix well. You may spray on toasts, vegetables, porridge, or use it to perfume vanilla ice cream and deserts. It is excellent in fruits compotte, cheese cake, rice pudding et spice cakes.
