Properties : Ama means undigested food in the body, it can be translated as toxins. it is created by an excess of Vata, generally because of stress and indigestion.
instruction for use : This massala is made for enhancing Agni, digestive fire and eliminates ma (toxins).
- Vata type use with Seasame oil.
- Pitta types use it with ghee, coconut or olive oil.
- Kapha use it with mustard ot sunflower oil.
Always cook with fresh garlic, which is the best anti vata spice. If you don't know your body type, use ghee or sunflower oil.
