BOWL made with 3 metals Diameter  : 7,5 cm
- COPPER
- BRONZE
- ZINC
Purpose : slow down body heat by massaging the sole of the feet with ghee.
First, the copper absorbs the maximum of heat.
Zinc by his action of digesting meet, works more on the Mensa Dhathu (muscle tissu) .
Copper being conductor, transforms the heat, reduces Meddha Dhathus (fat tissu), and replaces it by muscle (Mensa dhathu).
Bronze acts as a catalyser of the 2 metals, ther is less in the composition of the bowl.
Asthe bowl is rond, we manage to have the same pressure during the massage. Use clockwise movement for calming and relieve stress and unclock wise movements for stimulation.
