Instruction for use : Pour a little oil in your hand, rub into the palm of your hands in order to warm the oil and massage the body with increasing vigourous circular movements using both hands. Afterwards, you may cover yourself and relax for 10-15 mns while the oil is absorbed. Follow up with bath. It may be used as a body lotion for moisturising & firming the body after your bath.
